One-year limited warranty

For KylinLucky covers purchased directly from this store, the limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery to the original purchaser in the United States. Keep your proof of purchase.

What is covered

A manufacturing defect in the fabric, seams or supplied fastening components under normal use and care, assessed against the specifications of the purchased product.

What is not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic fading from ordinary exposure, misuse, improper fit, incorrect installation or cleaning, accidental cuts, abrasion against sharp edges, heat or fire damage, animal damage, and damage from extreme weather or standing water are excluded unless caused by a covered manufacturing defect. This warranty does not make a separate promise that every cover is waterproof, UV-resistant or suitable for every weather condition.

How to request a remedy

Email shopify@kylinluckydirect.com or use our contact form. Include your order number when available. Do not send payment-card details.

Provide proof of purchase, the product name or SKU, photos and a description. If inspection or return is required for a covered claim, we will arrange reasonable return shipping. For a verified covered defect, we will repair or replace the cover at no charge; if neither is practicable, we will refund the purchase price. A replacement does not restart the original warranty period.

Your rights

This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. It does not restrict the separate 30-day return policy.
