United States delivery
Orders ship from a United States warehouse. Prices and shipping charges are in USD.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
Available shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout for your delivery address and order. Express is a shipping service option, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Handling and delivery estimates
Handling times and transit estimates are not yet specified. Before purchasing, contact shopify@kylinluckydirect.com to confirm service availability and an estimate for your ZIP code.
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change of mind or wrong-size purchase, the cover must be unused, clean and complete with its included accessories and packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide authorization and the correct return address. Do not send items to an address shown on the outbound package without confirmation.
Wrong size or change of mind
The customer pays return shipping for an incorrectly selected size or change of mind. Original outbound shipping charges, if charged, are not refundable in these cases. We do not charge a restocking fee. Read the size guide before ordering. After an accepted return, order the correct size separately, subject to availability.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description and photos. For a verified defect, transit damage or an item we sent incorrectly, we cover reasonable return shipping through a prepaid label or a method agreed in advance. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate; do not incur shipping expenses without contacting us.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. If a return is declined, we will explain the reason.
Order changes and delays
Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation or address corrections; shipped orders cannot be changed. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will explain the delay and offer the applicable cancellation and refund options. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.
